Research-based Education and Coaching
RALLA has been operating as an expert and training company since 2015. Our core mission is to help organizations in the education sector develop their operations, identify and utilize their potential, and concretely embed new practices into daily routines. We train and mentor leaders, staff, and administrative personnel. Additionally, we give inspiring and thought-provoking presentations on themes related to the well-being of children and youth, as well as the education sector and leadership.
RALLA’s operations are based on utilizing research data, practical tools, and the power of professionals and effective teamwork in strengthening well-being and the quality of education. Our goal is to help education professionals understand and discover new methods of leadership, team collaboration, and pedagogy to support their work.
We believe that secure attachment to one’s peer group comprehensively supports a child’s balanced development, and thus, supporting children’s participation, play, and peer interaction is particularly important to us. The RALLA Observation tool helps professionals in their daily work in observing children’s play and peer interaction, and in supporting these skills. The RALLA Observation tool has been utilized in their work and studies by, for example, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, early childhood education professionals, and primary school teachers across Finland.
Responsibility is a particularly important value for us because we work with children and youth. Therefore, in our operations, we are committed to socially responsible, ethically, and ecologically sustainable operating principles.
