1. RALLA OBSERVATION TOOL LICENSES

The RALLA Observation Tool license enables the digital analysis of play and social skills observations and the generation of ready-made reports for pedagogical documentation. The license includes unlimited use of the RALLA Play Skills Observation™ and RALLA Social Skills Observation™ tools, as well as free access to the material bank. The observation tool is accessed via Ralla’s website.

Ralla Ltd offers the following licenses for the observation tool:

a) Single-user personal license for 12 months at €49 + VAT 25.5%

b) Small community license 12 months at €148 + VAT 25.5%

c) Organizational license (under 50 users) at €350 + VAT 25.5%

d) Large community license (over 50 users) at €500 + VAT 25.5%

e) Educational institution license (max. 80 students) at €295 + VAT 25.5%

The small community license is suitable, for example, for a team or a smaller daycare centre. Organizational licenses intended for a larger number of users enable the creation of multiple accounts and simultaneous access for several individuals to the observation tool and material bank. The educational institution license is intended for educational institutions for use by students.

The user ID for a personal license must not be shared or used by multiple individuals. In all cases of license misuse, Ralla Ltd reserves the right to charge the license fee according to the price list from individuals who did not have usage rights. The primary responsibility for using the license key lies with the individual specified on the order form who received the license key.

The right to use the license begins when Ralla Ltd has provided the subscriber with registration instructions and the license has been paid for. By filling out and submitting the order form, the subscriber commits to paying for the ordered license. The invoice will be sent within approximately three business days, either by email (for private individuals) or as an e-invoice (for companies), to the billing address provided on the form. The subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The right to use an unpaid license will be terminated 30 days after the invoice due date, and the payment will be transferred to debt collection. All license types are valid for 12 months starting from the order date.

All licenses are ordered as a continuous subscription, whereby the subscription automatically renews without separate notification, unless the subscriber cancels their subscription. The service’s subscription and billing period is 12 months starting from the order date.

The subscriber may cancel the continuous subscription by providing written notice via the website (ralla.fi) using the contact form with the subject line “License Cancellation”. The cancellation takes effect at the beginning of the new billing period. The subscription must be cancelled at least 1 month before the start of the new billing period.

2. CONSUMER CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Consumers (if the order was placed as a private individual) have the right, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, to cancel the product order by notifying Ralla Ltd. The right of return is 14 days from the receipt of the product. Cancellation is made via the contact form with the subject line “Order Cancellation”. The message field must include information for payment refund.

If the consumer cancels the order, the right to use the license ceases immediately after the cancellation notification. Ralla Ltd will refund the paid purchase price upon cancellation within a few business days.

The right of cancellation always ends, regardless of dates, when the customer begins using the license, for example, by performing a complete observation. After this, the full license fee will be charged.

3. CUSTOM TRAINING

Ralla Ltd offers various custom training courses designed according to the Subscriber’s needs for organizations in the education and teaching sector. All training packages are tailored according to the Subscriber’s wishes, and the price of the package is determined by the content, number of participants, and method of implementation. Requests for proposals for custom training are made via Ralla’s website using the contact form with the subject line “Request for Proposal”.

Custom training courses are invoiced after the training has taken place, unless otherwise mutually agreed. VAT 25.5% will be added to the price of custom training courses.

General cancellation terms are as follows:

For training cancelled by the Subscriber 5-7 days before the event, we charge 50% of the training fee; for training cancelled after this period, we charge the full participation fee.

Ralla Ltd has the right to cancel a training event without liability for compensation by notifying the customer via email at least four (4) business days before the event date. In cases of illness, Ralla Ltd primarily aims to arrange the agreed custom training courses through trainer changes. If a custom training course is cancelled, the Subscriber has the option either to completely cancel the order without additional costs or to postpone the training date. Ralla Ltd is not responsible for any potential costs incurred by the Subscriber due to cancellations.

4. RALLA’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLY

We strive to ensure that our products and services reach the subscriber within the agreed time, that communication is smooth, and that the content and functionalities we provide substantially correspond to the descriptions defined for the content. If the ordered service is deficient in the aforementioned aspects, Ralla Ltd commits to rectifying the identified content deficiencies at its own expense. Ralla Ltd is not responsible for technical challenges unrelated to the content.
