The price of custom training programs is always determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the overall request for proposal, training needs, and number of participants.

An effective multidisciplinary early childhood education team is built on a shared understanding, clear roles, and an appreciation for everyone’s expertise.
How can we make the best possible use of the expertise of various professionals? How can we clarify job descriptions and responsibilities and reinforce our shared core pedagogical mission?
In this four-hour hands-on workshop, we’ll take a closer look at the job descriptions, responsibilities, and collaboration practices of a multidisciplinary team. Guided by two facilitators, we’ll identify the team’s core tasks and strengths, highlight the skills gained through various training programs, and identify the specific characteristics of job descriptions within your workplace. This provides your work community with concrete building blocks for clarifying job descriptions.
