“Skills can always be learned. Therefore, seemingly small positive experiences in childhood can lead to big things in the future.”
With friends, a child enters a world where play rules are negotiated, new experiences are shared through stories, and friendships are formed. Children thus require various interaction skills with their peers. Communication holds immense power in the interactions between children and adults, as ultimately, everything important in life culminates in interaction.
I have a solid research and education background. In my dissertation, I studied children’s peer relationships and bullying in preschool peer groups – developing peer relationship skills supports intervention in bullying even before school age.
At RALLA, I work as a communications and business manager and an expert in bullying prevention and children’s friendships.
