    General information about the online store

    E-commerce products are sold by Ralla Oy (Y-2731116-7). We mainly sell products to public organizations and companies in Finland and the EU. VAT is added to the prices of the products. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.


    Products can be ordered online at www.ralla.fi Through the shopping cart or by personal contact by e-mail info@ralla.fi.

    All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

    The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.

    Order confirmation

    We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show you:

    • reference number
    • the total amount of the invoice


    Payment methods

    Bank fee

    You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy is shown as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

    Credit card payments 

    You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

    Mobile payment

    Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.


    Delivery time

    Books and application licenses will be delivered within 3-5 days. The delivery time of training products is always agreed separately between the buyer and the service provider. For some products (such as online training), the schedule is indicated with the product. 

    Delivery method and delivery costs

    A fixed delivery cost is added to the products to be mailed. Other products are mainly digital products, so there are no delivery costs. Exceptions will be announced on the checkout page at the latest.

    Exchange and return conditions

    The customer has at least a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Any warranty is stated on a product-by-product basis.

    According to the return, include the following information:

    • order confirmation number
    • your bank account number

    Refunds will always be made to the payment method used in the original order. We may need an email link for this. 

    For book orders, the subscriber is responsible for any postage costs for the return. For intangible services, the return will not incur any additional costs.

    In the event of a dispute, we will try to resolve the situation primarily through negotiations with the customer. If a common solution is not reached, the customer can contact consumer advice for mediation assistance. If necessary, the matter can be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board.

    Problem situations during transport and for defective products

    Problems related to the product or its use and deliveries should be reported immediately to Ralla Oy's customer service, info@ralla.fi.

    Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.


    We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.

    Ralla Oy treats all customer information completely confidentially.
    Ralla Oy undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
