RALLA’s training, customised coaching sessions and specialist lectures provide new perspectives and tools for professionals and families. During the training, you will learn how to apply the RALLA software in your daily life, for example.
Research constantly produces new information and methods for supporting children’s development and growth, but the problem often lies in transferring the information into practical work as new modes of operation. New tools are needed, especially in recognising and supporting children’s skills when operating in group settings.
TRAINING FOR A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH FOR SETTING CHILDREN’S GROWTH GOALS AND SUPPORTING PROFESSIONALS’ OWN COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT.
We organise training and coaching on demand, customised for the customer’s needs as well as public training events open to all. RALLA’s customised training and specialist lectures provide new perspectives and tools for professionals and families.
The work of early education and rehabilitation professionals is aimed at supporting children’s individual strengths as well as preventing and resolving any problems. Often, the recognition of strengths and challenges in daily life is done through free observation and recording of fairly random observations. Systematic educational work requires reliable tools as well as competence in the assessment of the need for special support and goal-oriented implementation of necessary interventions.
Key training themes:
- Tools for recognising and developing children’s friendship and play skills
- Operating models to prevent bullying and support a positive group atmosphere.
- Dealing with friends: perspectives on the theoretical foundation of play and friendship skills
- The challenges of observation and how to make a reliable assessment
